The Role

We are looking for a Principal Engineer (full-stack) oriented towards front-end development to lead the front-end pillar. A simple and elegant user experience to execute a complex sales workflow is a key value proposition of the product. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with UX designers, product managers, and backend software engineers to produce high-quality product features that delight users. In the Principal Engineer role, you will collaborate with the founders on a daily basis, design scalable systems to solve complex problems, and set the norms in a customer-first, iterative, distributed team culture. This is a very high-impact role!

Our Ideal Candidate

• A minimum of 8 years of experience building end to end web application systems
• Worked with Django(preferred)/Node and front-end frameworks such as React(preferred)/Vue/Angular
• Built serverless SaaS products and Cloud-based DevOps, preferably AWS
• Familiarity with databases and ORMs, preferably SQLAlchemy and Postgres or equivalent.
• Comfortable with GitHub-style VCS work patterns.
• A BS/MS degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
