We are looking for a Principal Engineer (full-stack) oriented towards front-end development to lead the front-end pillar. A simple and elegant user experience to execute a complex sales workflow is a key value proposition of the product. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with UX designers, product managers, and backend software engineers to produce high-quality product features that delight users. In the Principal Engineer role, you will collaborate with the founders on a daily basis, design scalable systems to solve complex problems, and set the norms in a customer-first, iterative, distributed team culture. This is a very high-impact role!
You will be a part of a fast-growing Engineering and Product Development team of 7. We have a CI/CD process and automated tests, with deployments to production done weekly. We adopt an ownership and accountability-based working style. Goal-setting is collaborative, communication within the team is open, honest, and constructive.
